L'Art du Son CD/DVD Cleaner
The L'Art du Son CD-DVD cleaner and conditioner is suitable for all types of 12cm polycarbonate discs. Regardless of whether it is a CD, DVD, hybrid SACD or CD-R, spray L'Art du Son undiluted directly onto the surface. Then use your fingers to rub the spray onto the front and back so that the entire surface is covered in a thin film. Then wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth or, better still, a paper tissue.
The dry CD will have a much more natural sound with improved naturalness and more stable positioning. Everything will appear much more harmonious and less digital in a positive sense. Image media such as DVDs will have better depth of field, increased contrast and less image noise. Red colors in particular will appear more three-dimensional and natural. This effect is completely independent of whether you transfer the data via analog or digital cable. If you use CD-Rs, you should treat them with L'Art du Son before burning. Please do not use with self-printed CD labels as this may cause color changes.
The spray acts on the plastic surface of the data carrier and changes the surface's properties. This allows the laser to shine through the protective layer onto the reflective layer with less irritation, thus enabling more precise data reading. A single treatment is sufficient.
One bottle is enough for about 300 discs. The L'Art du Son CD-DVD cleaner is non-flammable, contains only very small amounts of alcohol and is non-toxic. As with the LP cleaner, it should be shaken before use to mix the largely biodegradable ingredients.
