1. Order
1.1. How do I place an order?
Place the product of your choice in the cart by clicking the "cart button" button. Then click on "order" to go to the next step, specify in step two the desired shipping method and payment method. Then click button "next" and fill in your details and follow the steps. Choose again next "you will get an overview of all data. Is everything to your liking, click on the button" Confirm order "after this your order is final.
1.2. Can I order off them delivered to another address? (Gift hint)
Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process you while entering your personal data a different delivery address to us without delay. When you have chosen a different delivery address is a separate delivery note sent to the delivery address. There is no price listed. On the packing slip is mentioned from whom the order originates. The bill will go to your first specified address.
1.3. Can I pick up my order?

This is possible, we will contact you to arrange an appointment.
Do I receive a message when I've placed an order?
You will receive an order confirmation. If your order is directly paid the same day you receive an invoice.

1.4. Can I change or cancel an order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, we advise you to contact the customer service.
1.5. Can I order a product which is not (anymore) on your website?
If you want to order something that is not (more) listed on our website, we advise you to contact the customer service.
2. Payment
2.1. What payment options do you offer?

You can pay with ideal, PayPal, Direct eBanking, Mister Cash, Billink or transfer.
- PayPal: Secure payment via internet banking through your own bank.
- PayPal Secure payment with your PayPal account.
- Direct eBanking: Secure Payment via internet banking through your own bank.
- Mister Cash: Secure Payment via internet banking through your own bank.
- Billink: Safe post-pay (after receipt of the product).
- Transfer: You will receive an email with instructions for payment by bank requirements. *

2.2. The order for each payment option quickly delivered?
Orders paid with ideal and PayPal Direct/ eBanking/ Mister Cash/ and Billink will be sent immediately. Orders paid by bank transfer to be delivered after the money is in our bank account. A payment by bank transfer is usually 1 business day in transit.
2.3. How to pay by bank transfer?
You choose the ordering process for "Payment via bank transfer", then you will receive an email with our details so in peace can transfer the payment. Make sure you clearly write down the order number.
3. Delivery
3.1. What are the delivery charges of my order?
For orders over € 50 are no delivery charges calculated within the Netherlands. For other countries, we refer you to the complete list on our site.
3.2. When will my order be delivered?
Have you placed your order before 20:00 and paid, you will receive same day the track and trace number of DPD. If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, your order will be offered to DPD as the payment. This usually takes 1-2 business days.
3.3. How do I know if a product is in stock?
The delivery time is on the product page. If the product is not in stock there is a delivery at.
3.4. What happens if I order multiple products with different delivery times?
We wait until the order is complete, so that we can sent it complete to you. If you want a product sooner rather receive, rather than two separate orders.
3.5. Who provides my order?
All deliveries are made by TNT. They deliver your order on the day you specified shipping address. TNT delivers on the whole week, excluded are Sundays.
3.6. What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
If you are not home at the time of delivery DPD comes again to visit you. Are you not at home, you will receive a notice of DPD and you can pick up the package at the nearest postal pickup point.
3.7. Can I get a delivery appointment?
It is unfortunately not possible to make a delivery appointment. We depend on the driver's route of DPD.
4. Returns
4.1. Can I return my order?

Yes, you can register your purchase for return within 14 days, after registration you have another 14 days to send it back. During this period you can return the order unused, undamaged and completely in the original packaging. If you want to make use of this, send an email to [email protected] and you will receive instructions and address details via an automatic replay.Always state your order number and invoice number in the email.

4.2. Are there any costs associated with the return?
Unless otherwise agreed (example faults), the costs for the return (so-called return costs) are for your own account.
4.3. Can I have my order at all times sending back?
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days to return. The right to restitution expires after fourteen days, after the warranty takes effect.
4.4. How quickly will my return processed?
If you are returning items you will receive a confirmation when it has been received and will be processed. Within a week, your money will be refunded or you will receive a new product. For your return as fast as possible, it is necessary that you follow the indicated procedure.
4.5. My order is not complete or damaged what to do?
